Our History

The 4th of July,1997, the engineer Tenoch Torres Cornejo founded PAEBSA in order to satisfy the growing necessity in the Mexican business sector, to provide a service capable to automated, in a reliable and accurate manner, the transmission of commercial data between companies, based upon EDI standards.

¿WHY EDI?

The EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards are the product of the collaboration of intergovernmental organizations such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OCDE), the International Trade Center (ITC), the World Trade Organization (WTO) and others, with the objective of facilitating electronic commerce allowing the possibility of establishing electronic communication channels with commercial partners from any part of the world.

For PAEBSA is important to work according to such standards. From them,PAEBSA conciliates the technical/data processing needs of our business associates as well as the providers needs. In that way, and following internal politics,PAEBSA manage the information in the cloud according to EDI standards and in the requested format.

In 2000, PAEBSA was the first electronic service provider in Mexico that implemented the transmission of large volumes of business information automatically between companies.

In 2004 PAEBSA in the quest for quality continuous improvement and the efficency of the service, acquired its own data center to count with a better control and operations management realized in a daily basis by our clients.

During the following years, PAEBSA strengthened and diversified its computing services, meeting the different needs and characteristics of its customers by size, technical and human infrastructure, volumes of information and availability of it.

With the implementation of the electronic invoice in Mexico on 2006, PAEBSA created its Electronic Invoice application for the generation of CFD and later CFDI. In its eagerness to offer the best efficient solutions for corporate e-commerce, PAEBSA focused on the development of internal tools and applications to comply with 100% of these. Therefore it was decided not to implement the ringing option, leaving this task to the Authorized certification providers (PAC) of which PAEBSA is business partner and user of several.

In 2013, PAEBSA migrates its computing processes to a Data Center with the highest standards of certification worldwide that allows optimizing the availability of the services offered by up to 99.999% per year.

Currently PAEBSA extended and consolidated its services and electronic commerce products, not only on EDI, but in other areas more generally, accomplishing the offering of "turnkey" solutions to companies that requires a total integration of the information flowing between the different areas of your company (sales, shipments, purchases, transports, etc.), which allows you to meet your technical, administrative, operational and logistical needs, and is an indispensable tool in the implementation of Efficient Consumer Response projects (ECR), Just In Time (JIT) or others.
